The dairy heirs Lanzara was born in the 60s and produces artisanal (strictly handmade) buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, provola, scamorza, burrata and caciocavallo in Battipaglia, in the province of Salerno.
"Behind our craftsmanship there are skilled hands, not mechanical ones. Hands that reflect the hearts that feed them and that make every little detail their signature". Antonio Lanzara is the founder of our dairy.
For several years the company has been in the hands of its heirs:in this way tradition and innovation come together to always offer the high quality and craftsmanship of the products. The highest quality raw materials are the pillars on which the dairy rests.
