The"friseddha", in the Apulian dialect, is the typical southern bruschetta traditionally accompanied by tomatoes and basil.

Typical dish of Southern Italy, it is perfect for preparing a simple, quick and versatile meal, the ideal element for a healthy and delicious snack or a savory snack, or to be served for an aperitif.

We offer it in the bruschetta version for croutons en passant based on paté or vegetables in oil, to accompany a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.

Ingredients:63% whole wheat flour, type 00 soft wheat flour, water, salt, brewer's yeast.

The flour comes strictly from wheat grown in Puglia.
