The capocollo of black pig has particular veins of fat that cross the "cut" of this product,bestowing to its lean part a fragranceparticularly tasty.
Seasoning: 100/120 days in an environment with controlled humidity and at a hilly altitude of 650 meters above sea level.

Artisan bacon in cubes without added preservatives 150 gr.
Product with a long maturation and particular processing, it is served in slices.
Seasoning:  120/130days in an environment with controlled humidity and at a hilly altitude of 650 meters above sea level.

Artisan salami sliced about 250gr
Obtained mainly from the pork shoulder and ground to medium grain, it is expertly seasoned with natural flavors, stuffed with natural casings and seasoned.
Seasoning: 40/50 days inenvironment with controlled humidity and hilly altitude, 650 m above sea level

Ingrediants: Pork, salt, natural flavors, spices, no added preservatives

STORAGE: The meats are vacuum packed and can be consumed in different ways weeks, maintaining freshness and authenticity.

The animals come from breeding in the wild and semi-wild and feed mainly on berries: acorns, chestnuts, mushrooms, tubers, etc. The sausages are handcrafted without the use of added preservatives.
