It is a fresh cheese in which you can feel all the flavor of fresh milk coming exclusively from its own farm. The sheep are raised in the wild (free to graze on uncultivated land). Once a year, as per ancient tradition, the seasonal migrations of the cattle are carried out from the pastures of the plains to those of the mountainous regions (transhumance).
Ingredients:pasteurized sheep's milk (farmed in the wild), rennet and (a little) salt. Preservative free.
The cheese is made with ancient and artisanal techniques handed down from generation to generation, only milk is used exclusively from the breeding ofsheep in the wild(free to graze on uncultivated land), by Bruno Pitzalis, or the Shepherd who produces these cheeses exceptional.
