Orange and cinnamon cookies

Artisan biscuits prepared by Mrs. Laura with her own ancient Abbondanza wheat, stone ground, extra virgin olive oil, a little brown sugar and untreated orange peel from her husband's citrus grove, cinnamon.

Ingredients:Organic type 1 soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, untreated lemon juice and zest, ground cinnamon, bicarbonate.
