Artisan biscuits prepared by Mrs. Laura with her own ancient Abbondanza wheat, stone ground, extra virgin olive oil, a little brown sugar and untreated bergamot peel, harvested in her husband's citrus grove. Delicate taste, delicious! Lactose-free. Contains gluten.

Ingredients:whole wheat flour, organic type 1 soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, untreated bergamot juice and zest, yeast.
