Lemon and ginger butter cookies

Tasty biscuits with butter, lemon and ginger, ideal for tea.

The artisanal biscuits are prepared by Mrs. Laura with the ancient stone-ground Abbondanza wheat , extra virgin olive oil, a little brown sugar and untreated lemon peel, harvested in her husband's citrus grove.

Ingredients:Organic type 1 soft wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar, untreated lemon juice and peel, grated organic ginger, yeast
