Artisan cream

Homemade cream rich in Omega3. The cream can be whipped, with or without sugar, or used in the kitchen for savory preparations.

The Noble milk with which it is made requires a regulation that the cow is fed with hay and herbs for 80% of the diet, for this reason the milk has 4mg of Omega 3 per liter naturally present.
