"Spago"Prosecco Valdobbiadene

"Spago"is a Prosecco of Valdobbiadene refermented with the Charmat method and obtained from grapes of Glera alone.

The Glera grape is characterized by its gentle aromaticity, with fruity and floral scents, of white fruit and wildflowers and acacia. It is produced by the Riva Calistro winery, a small artisan company that still picks the grapes by hand. The company is located in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene one kilometer from the Cartizze area.
