Red wine with a blend of 60% Sangiovese and 40% Ciliegiolo.
The grapes are harvested by hand. The organic farm does not use any synthetic pesticides in the vineyard, only organic fertilizers are used. No additives are added to the wine and it has a very low level of sulphites, for this reason it is delicate and very digestible.
PS:Only 1 kg of verdigris is used per year per hectare!
