Mrs. Pinuccia with her husband and son cultivate rice naturally in the Pavese area with organic fertilization. To improve soil fertility and mineralization, they use a legume (Vetch) buried before sowing the rice. Once the rice is harvested, it is cleaned, hulled, and polished, removing its husks.
