Sicily, 1854. The Campisi family business was born in Marzamemi, a small fishing village between the Ionian and the Mediterranean.

Thanks to the use of ancient techniques, dating back to the Arab domination of the island, Salvatore Campisi becomes an expert in the production, processing and transformation of fish caught in the Mediterranean, conquering a leading role in the Italian fish market.

Tuna, mackerel, roe are the main fish products, skilfully worked, dried or transformed into delicious pestos and patés.

An important Italian tradition that has the flavor of the sea.
