Cheeses - Gennargentu

History: Livestock company immersed in the greenery, between Lake Bracciano and Anguillara Sabazia, specialized in the production of ricotta and cheeses made only with sheep's milk produced exclusively from the herd of its own breeding.

This is a company known for its ancient tradition and experience in shepherding and natural cheese making.

We breed with passion about 2,000 Sardinian sheep, registered in the national genealogical book of AIA, to which must be added the value of that extraordinary and sunny pasture which the ancient Romans already knew the great value for the production of pecorino cheese and fresh Ricotta.

Still today our flock grazes freely every day and during the summer season it migrates to the mountains of the Abruzzo Apennines.
